1. General Return Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
1.2 Timeframe for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale items (if marked as final sale)
2. Return Process
2.1 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@motorsportapparelsa.co.za with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your return.
2.2 Shipping Costs for Returns
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Refund Process
3.1 Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. We will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

3.2 Processing Time

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3.3 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
4. Exchanges
4.1 Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@motorsportapparelsa.co.za. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4.2 Exchange Process

To exchange a product, please follow the return process to send the item back to us and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
5.1 Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@motorsportapparelsa.co.za with details of the defect or damage, along with your order number.

5.2 Return of Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective item at our expense. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
